They always frame it as if-we only ask that ours is as good as theirs. So, what gives??? If they take up residence in Mexico or start working then they will be deported. If they are just 'passing through' to the US and have a few bucks to pay the mordida they are good to go.
The same thing is happening in southern Europe.

There's the big difference. And the terrorists have the big bucks needed to grease the palms of the Mexican authorities.
