The French Army was last night protecting water facilities around Paris amid fears of a chemical attack by Islamic State terrorists. Scientists were carrying out tests on the city’s water supply after equipment used to guard against chemical products, including protective suits, was stolen from a Paris hospital. In other developments yesterday: Brussels was in lockdown over the threat of an imminent Paris-style attack. The country terror threat level was raised over ‘precise information of possible multiple gun and bomb attacks’. Armed police and soldiers patrolled the streets, shops were closed, sporting events cancelled and the underground metro system closed.
Six British men of Pakistani origin were arrested last night while travelling through Belgium in three old ambulances. They were thought to be travelling on an aid convoy – possibly destined for Syria – and police searched the vehicles. One of the men is known to British police, it was reported.
Police raided a property in the Brussels suburb of Moolenbeek, described as the ‘jihadi capital of Europe’ and home to three of the Paris gunmen. Officers confiscated three guns.
Police commandos arrested four people in a suspicious vehicle at the Place du Grand Sablon in Brussels. Turkish authorities detained a Belgian man of Moroccan origin on suspicion he scouted out the target sites for the Paris attacks. Paris Water president Célia Blauel confirmed that water samples were being analysed and six vital sites were under armed guard.

I worked at a water authority when the water was threatened. Every morning, my boss went to the closest tank and dunked the fish.
They poison wells wherever they fight .
Poisoning a huge water facility would not be so easy.
It would be much easier for them to poison the product of several bottling companies .
Yeah - it takes a lot of whatever to get enough of a dose in such a large body of water. Unless of course it is Portland, OR - where they drained the reservoir/lake because some guy took a leak in it!

I’d be more concerned about an Aum Shi Rikyo-type sarin attack. Those guys failed to kill thousands only because they had an ineffective dispersal method. They had the binary chemicals in two plasic bags that they merely pierced and then left on the subway trains. If they had had an aerosol or small explosive device, the sarin would have been airborne. The Aum guys didn’t want to kill themselves, unlike mad musselmen.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GUARD AGAINST A CHEMICAL ATTACK ON A WATER SUPPLY!
You can place armed guards spaced out every 2 feet around a city water supply with absolutely no effect what so ever.
Why? The reason is so simple.
First, a little math in hydraulic pressure. Let’s say the city maintains a water pressure of 70 PSI. Next, let’s say the terrorists have a 500 gallon tank of poison hooked up to an electrical pump that can generate a flow at 100 PSI and it is attached to one of millions of standard water outlets in any home.
All that they have to do is start the pump and it will cause the poison to inject into the pipe at an effective pressure of 30 PSI (the difference between 70 and 100 PSI). In that manner the fluid would flow back into the city distribution system unnoticed until it became very apparent.
In this manner it would be impossible to prevent. The terrorists already know it and the Homeland Security dolts know it too. However, they always dish out a bowl of “feel good stew” by lying to the gullible people that armed guards on reservoirs, ponds, lakes and other sources of our water will keep us safe.....and the people actually believe it.
The only safety we have is ourselves and the ability to totally eliminate the enemy but they have a secret bonding agreement with our government not to do so and it is called Political Correctness and Social Justice.
