Evidently not. The State of Florida caved in the George Zimmerman case. The State of Missouri caved in Ferguson and points in between. Baltimore..... And I believe that this is just the warmup to 2016. My advice would be to prepare, both mentally and physically.
Here is your answer
Victim of the Black Bowell Movement.
Official backpedalling spin by the restaurant chain management as well on the Fakebook page.
To such companies, my response is “Please do the marketplace a favor. DIE!”
Houston Freepers, there is a location on the Katy Freeway.

The ‘Black Lives Matter” crap is being fermented by a bunch of communist bastards and most of the punks are likely not students of the universities where this kind of stuff is allowed. University administrators who give in to any of the demands are ignorant weenies. There are ways to handle these black panther thugs. The “terrorist in the White House” has just about shot his wad and will be impeached or forced to resign before the end of his term and likely should be charged with treason, tried and executed.
No doubt the young lady should sue the restaurant for illegal termination and sue the school for a violation of her free speech rights. And the last time I checked, our Constitution and laws have not been discarded, even though Obama and the “all black lives” communist crap traps would like for it to be the case. Anyone of them should be confronted and severely reminded that most of us have not put our lives on the line and too many have lost their lives to allow our country to be dragged into their dung infested environment to allow this BS to continue. These communist bastards have pushed their thuggery too far.
“No doubt the young lady should sue the restaurant for illegal termination . . .”
I see some problems with lawsuits.
1). Georgia is a “right to work” state which is also synonymous with “right to terminate.” An employer in a right to work state can terminate an employee for any reason as long as the termination isn’t due to race, gender, age or other classifications protected by state and federal civil rights laws. Employers often terminate for behavior outside the workplace and courts have upheld the terminations.
2). Lawsuits are expensive and time consuming. An employee involved in litigation with a former employer is going to have a tough time being hired by any employer that does a background check or speaks references. She has her life ahead of her. Why potentially ruin one’s future employment prospects and earning potential for life?
3) Obama, with the help of the Republicans in the Senate, has packed the federal judiciary with far left judges who will be happy to dismiss The case I filed.
4). If she persists the leftist activists will hound her, and her family, for years. Three am phone calls, garbage in the front yard, demonstrators on the street in front of her parent’s home, cars keyed in parking lots, death threats. Law enforcement will not protect them. Even if an agitator is caught keying a car, or threatening her on the phone, the local DA will not prosecute.
5) the way to fight this is to organize hundreds of whites to demonstrate over weeks and months. The system will shut down and crush one person standing up to the mob. To beat the mob it is going to take concerted action over months and years in the streets by thousands of angry citizens. As long as the leftists are the only ones showing up in numbers, they will continue to win.

And they say she was not fired.
For what? Georgia is an at will employment state. They don't need a reason to fire you.
This is getting ridiculous. Don’t journalists do research anymore.?
I know liberals do this all the time but I expect more from our side
I don’t think she has a case. She was part time employee and they don’t have the same protections as a full time employee. I think she should just work somewhere else.
That’s another racist place I will never eat at again
As usual, Red State is wrong.
She was not fired!
I guess I will never eat at Wild Wangs Cafe.
We certainly agree. Anyone sowing this much dissention within the country, while crowing about Islam and any perceived goodness therefrom, deserves to wear the treason accusation with all the pride he has in himself, that unfortunately bodes well for him and is the wet blanket on the country for the last seven years with another to be endured. And the really bad side of all this is WE KNEW long before he was elected, and could not stop the juggernaut.
This crap will continue until black movie actors, pro athletes and musicians stand up on their hind legs and tell their people to knock off the BS racism activities, protests and accusations.
The actors, athletes and musicians of their own skin color are the only people they idolize. ....Those black representatives could really begin the process of changing the brainwashed minds of others.
Saw a black pro athlete on Fox&Friends Friday morning. Married, 3-4 kids, head screwed on straight, clean cut, etc. He’s got a book out (reason he was on) promoting the right way. Last name was Jackson and I never heard what his sport or team was. Very sharp guy! ...All these idiot black protesters should read (if they can) his book and listen to his common sense advice.
In ‘60-’61 and ‘62, my ship was in the Bklyn Navy Ship Yard for refitting. My Division friends and I hung out at Moriartie’s on King’s Hwy. every night we could. ....They would sweep us out the door at 4am and we often had to walk a few miles back to the ship, as it was Winter and there were no cabs running. ....We never had a bad encounter with locals, even though we always wore our uniforms. ....NYC was great to this (then) 18-20 y/o.
