Not at all. It is a spectrum of thought that goes from the most informed to the least informed.
He seems to gather trust from the most informed and provide guidance to the least informed.
He speaks on a level that all will understand yet when hit with a specific he knows about it.
His debate skills will get sharp when the time comes.
