He seems to gather trust from the most informed and provide guidance to the least informed.
He speaks on a level that all will understand yet when hit with a specific he knows about it.
His debate skills will get sharp when the time comes.

He’s a pretty crafty individual. You may think he isn’t operating on all cylinders, but he’s generally way ahead of you.
Some questions they ask you don’t have decent answers. When he sees one of those, he just walks around it in a manner of speaking.
It drives them nuts, because they craft their questions to force a gotcha moment. Then it bombs on them. LOL
