A student at Columbia University is urging the school to inject more diversity into its required courses, claiming she suffered severe emotional trauma from reading too many books by and about white people.

Ive been traumatized ever since this Muslim Jihadist was elected President in 2008 and again in 2012 where are my reparations for THAT
The thought crossed my mind that they must have restless dreams, like Disney’s Dumbo, imagining pink elephants on parade:

Conservative Republicans on Parade!
Oh for the love of...
Would somebody please slap the xxx out of these punks? Just once. At minimum it will give them something to cry about.
Son... You can’t handle the truth.
Agreed! This is really almost comical. Since the campus administrators won't push back, there is nothing to prevent the protesters from demanding crazier and crazier things.
So I wonder what's next. Maybe the protesters will demand that the "W" key be removed from all computer keyboards. That way, white folks wouldn't be able to type the word "white" anymore.
I agree with her, and to help please have her hand over; her car, bike, computer, cell phone, any phone, any thing that runs on electricity, modern textiles, medicines, booze, any canned or processed foods, any food that was produced by the undesirables, books, anything that produces or receives some kind of EMF, makeup, .... and don’t go the bathroom, take a shower or seek medical attention.
- I have read some very good books by or about Asians, and I loved them because they were very good books.
- I have read some very good books by or about white people, and I loved them because they were very good books.
- I have read some very good books by or about Indians and Eskimos (now called “Native Americans” and “Inuits” by those who are PC, but I was born here and consider myself a native American too) and I loved them because they were very good books.
- I have read some very good books about (but not by) rabbits, wolves, dogs, and creatures from other planets, and I loved them because they were very good books.
Any snowflake too delicate to withstand reading very good books is far too delicate for college. [And any professor would would assign anything other than very good books is incapable of teaching.]
For a delicate specimen traumatized by good books, I would suggest a nice institution staffed by nurturing attendants and a safe room equipped with padded walls. I feel sorry for the parents, who presumably did what they thought would be best and still failed so spectacularly.
Mature wolves drive their prey to fellow wolves who lie in wait.
Seriously, what is the real downside to splitting up this country?
bfl
I recently found my personal trigger warning. Listening to these whiney punk ass participation trophy receiving educated idiot kids crying about safe space/places or whatever, triggers my desire to put a foot up thier ass.
The downside is all theirs. Once we are centralized into a new Conservative Nation we would simply take every inch of land back from them.
“Fear of white people, how bigoted.”
The student sounds like a real racist to me.
Just watch they’ll cave ,instead of sending her for psychiatric help
Where did the snowflake term come from?
Most normal people can understand how a slacker suffering from welfare intellect could be threatened by reading about the connection between whites, hard work, success and independence.
Let him print out his own diploma and make room for someone white who will value the educational opportunity presented him.
Many students are in college today who read very little.
Purchasing textbooks and reading them is a lost art except for STEM students. It is all on the internet or you tube don’t you know.
Hey, we’re what’s happening, baby.
