Let the court decide whether the waiver is unreasonable.

Anything else is malpractice in my book.

For example, if you are so damn sure defense counsel are in malpractice, then their clients should sue them. Anything else is giving in to the malpractice defense bar. LOL.

The court will decide if the gag waiver is required, but not on Reyna's motion. He's withholding evidence, and you say defense is guilty of malpractice?
