They may as well and save us all the trouble because neither of us are willingly going to back off one iota. And I don’t think zotting anyone for fighting for conservative principles is on the agenda.

All I wanted to point out is that there was a reason that there was a burst of pro-Ted stories in the drive-bys---and it wasn't because they like or respect Cruz or actually think he'll win. They were setting him up as the next "Donald Buster" so they could swap him out for Rubio.

You do realize that this drive-by, Washington Post article is pushing Trump over Cruz, right?

Some of the things she thinks are negatives are actually positive — like staying out of Syrian Civil War, or not being a “strong man” (a phrase that usually appears with negative connotations).

Rubin is one of the most offensive RINO commentators I’ve ever seen. I’ve heard her speak on the radio at different times and always assumed she was brought onto give the liberal position. Just had to SMH when I heard her described as a “conservative.”

Ummmm....except that Jennifer Rubin has been bitchily and viciously attacking Ted Cruz from long before Donald Trump even appeared on the scene, let alone run for president. Check the archives of her articles at the WAPO. She has had a major hardon for Ted Cruz for ages.
