Being brilliant in one area does not necessarily translate into brilliance in others. Einstein, for instance, was a big fan of one-world government.
We are being taught all over again the lesson that God is the root of wisdom (and fearing God, where previously one had not, is the beginning of entering into that). Hardly rocket science.
I have done a lot of mortgage loans for doctors over the years. Trying to explain rates and loan programs to them in any kind of detail is like pulling teeth. I have a kiddie version that I use on doctors. The only thing most doctors know about is how to be a doctor. It is what it is.
Once I was doing a loan for a doctor and I kept telling him the rate was so and so and I had locked it in and he said you will never give me that rate. I told him “I have to give you that rate because I signed a form saying it was locked in and gave you a copy” Anyway at the closing he got the rate of course. He turned to me and said “this is the first loan I have closed a loan where I got the rate I was promised.” Its like they have no clue and they get ripped off all the time.
Ben Carson is no different. He’s likely a great neurosurgeon and that’s about it.
