China vowed on Thursday to "bring to justice" those responsible for executing one of its citizens after Islamic State said it had killed a Chinese captive, the first and so far only known Chinese hostage held by the group.
Islamic State said it had killed a Norwegian and a Chinese captive, showing what appeared to be pictures of the dead men under a banner reading "Executed" in the latest edition of its English language magazine.
It did not give any details in the online Dabiq magazine, published on Wednesday, about how, when or where the men were killed.
In a brief statement, China's Foreign Ministry confirmed the man's identify for the first time, naming him as Fan Jinghui, saying he had been "cruelly murdered". It said in September one of its citizens appeared to be in Islamic State captivity.
After he was kidnapped, the Chinese government activated an emergency mechanism to try and "rescue" him, but he was still killed in a "cold-blooded way", the ministry said.
"The Chinese government strongly condemns this savage act devoid of humanity and will certainly bring the criminals to justice," it added.

I will once again point out that Historian and Military analyst David P. Goldberg says the magic number is three million.
The Chinese already have a small presence in syria with advisers attached to the Russian mission. They also are literally giving weapons to Assad and Hezbollah fighters there. The Chinese will likely increase their assistance to the Russian mission in syria; the logistics train and presence is already established.
The Chinese also has agreements in place with Russia to join at a later date; this gives the Chinese government the pretext it needed to enter. Chinese J-15 fighters are already in the region.
Would the Iranians be allowed to be an ally because they are a Shiite Islamic regime? ISIS thinks that Shiites are apostates and will attack them before attacking Christians and other westerners.

If you wish to wage a serious war on fundamental (radical) Islam when you have to attack it at it's source, Saudi Arabia and the other gulf oligarchies. Any nation that lives under Sharia law is an enemy state and must be defeated. Conquered stated are occupied until they have been domesticated, educated, civilized, and capable of functioning as a constitutional republic. All resources of an occupied state belong to the occupiers. Forcibly resisting occupation is a capital offense, military tribunals adjudicate criminal offenses, executions are held in public.
I think that about covers it, of course the education program should encourage the conquered peoples to adopt a religion that does not command its' followers to kill non believers. And as in the Western nations no Burquas, etc in occupied states.
