No, the TU-95 is still in service and was involved in the Syria operations. Most of the TU-95s flying today are said to have been manufactured in the 80s/90s, which makes them younger than all US bombers, barring the B-2.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear in what I was referring to. There was a passenger airliner derived from the Tu-95 Bear. It was the Tu-114 Rossiya. Those airliners are all retired.
