No, the TU-95 is still in service and was involved in the Syria operations. Most of the TU-95s flying today are said to have been manufactured in the 80s/90s, which makes them younger than all US bombers, barring the B-2.
I wonder what kind of liaisons and red phones run from Moscow to Israel? Putin and Bibi are both practical men on that level, I surmise.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear in what I was referring to. There was a passenger airliner derived from the Tu-95 Bear. It was the Tu-114 Rossiya. Those airliners are all retired.

No they are flying the Caspian Sea route over Iran and Iraq with permission of those countries. The Iranians are also escorting the bombers through their airspace with F-14 Tomcats and F-4 Phantoms. See video at 1:13 and 1:20.
