Two charities that prominent Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King has claimed to have created and has touted publicly were never officially formed, The Daily Caller has learned.
King, who was recently hired as a justice writer at the New York Daily News, began raising money for a group called Justice That’s All last September, just after Michael Brown was fatally shot by a Ferguson, Mo. police officer. He also said in interviews in 2013 that a media company he co-founded, Upfront Media Group, would send a portion of its proceeds to an affiliated nonprofit, the Upfront Foundation.
But an extensive search of state nonprofit registration records, IRS records, and other databases returns no documentation showing that either of those entities were formally created.

I’m a justice writer for Free Republic.
I don’t have any phoney charities set up to soak the stupid, but I do have some hard earned cash money that I contribute on a regular basis.
Fact is, I’m currently covering for about thirty $2-a-month donors that haven’t signed on maybe because they don’t realize just how much a small monthly amount can help to keep Free Republic on the air.
But, sure as the sun comes up, tomorrow morning, this is the first site they will hit, and they would have to do some serious searching to find anything remotely comparible.
I’m not trying to belittle or antagonize or patronize or whatever.
I’m just requesting that all you all think about supporting our home roost if you aren’t already. The enemy is at the wire.
After the events in Paris on 11/13, I will be adding
this to my posts for the next week. I'm certain our
turn is coming again soon. We stand united against
Islamic extremists.

An honorable mention also goes out to Lassana Bathily , a Muslim immigrant from Mali.
Mr. Bathily sheltered customers at the Jewish Deli and helped police by providing info
on the terrorists, and providing the location of survivors in the deli.

My friend, I have been a monthly donor for over a decade and a long time member of the +$/day.
Besides our monthly church donation, grandkids’s college fund, Republic and Salvation Army we are maxed out. Our local Salvation Army has been hit hard with the on going Obamarecession, earthquake last year and recent fires. So we have upped that monthly amount.
Real conservatives will donate monthly to FR. The faux conservatives will let the rest of us carry the financial task. FRINOs.
And you and I have been helping keep this fire lit for ten years. Wow, time flies when you’re working, raising a family, and kicking commies’ butts, eh?
