The issue deals with discharges if the gun is dropped. Not exactly safe but it’s not an emergency issue.
Understood. I did it because I’d sold it to my best friend who died a few years back. When I heard, I contacted her and told her about it and said I’d give her what he paid me for it because I didn’t want it “out there” and being a potential safety hazard.
I sent it back because it had a habit of dropping the mag when I shoot (my big hands and thumb I guess). Then they said we’ll replace it with a G2.....
All told, though, it was a DAO and this new G2 is supposed to be an SA/DA which is more pleasing to my taste.
Either way, I get a new pistol. But I will still tell her and give her the option of taking it back for what she paid me.
