The guns aren't the problem, Obie. The thugs in places like Chicago are the problem.
I'd like to have a conversation about that.

You jest, but how many times has this already happened, leaving the gun owner to fight to get their firearms back? It happens a lot more often than we think it does, and that's my point. There will never be a "trigger event" where they come for everyone's guns. They know better than to do that, because that would indeed unleash holy hell. Better to keep it quiet, with the appearance of legality. Those awaiting the chance to fight back when "they come for the guns" are gonna be waiting a long time.

This is just one example. Many examples have been posted right here on FR. I recall one a while back about a veteran who had his weapons seized after a police call to his home, he was never charged or the charges were dropped, and he had to pay lots of $$$ to get his guns back, and is still fighting.
There won't be any mass confiscation. That would raise the Gadsden flag and true patriots would stop it immediately. If you are waiting for that to happen, it's already too late. If they want your guns, they will come take them, and you will likely be powerless to stop them.
Remember, Chiefs and Sheriffs also have to live and work in the same communities they serve. As I described with the Federal Government, local Tactical Teams could probably only do 8-10 hits in a day and then need a break. So they hit ten houses and seize their guns, the word would get out and now they are subject to living in the same community as those they are attacking. It would not go well.

It may be needed to overcome voter fraud, but as they say, if you win big enough, even voter fraud cannot steal the election.
Obama will not be on the ticket, so in true narcissistic faction, what does he care for lower level Democrats? The left is always ready to eat their own.

With some of our ruling class demanding we open our borders to our enemies that rerun may be closer than we all think.
It is apparently not enough that Americans are being killed by illegal alien invaders...no...they want to up the ante and increase the risk and danger to all of us....
