There's some information overlooked - and perhaps might explain why the police report was heavily redacted. Read link above and you'll find:
“We did have another incident that was just reported last week where an intoxicated individual said ‘bitch ass nigga’ to a white resident, when having a heated interaction with multiple black residents in the third floor lounge, which is the same floor this bathroom incident happened on,†Gateway Hall hall coordinator Susan Cohn wrote to multiple university officials on the morning of October 24. “The individual that reported said he was offended by this but felt like it was not directed towards him or the other black residents in the lounge.â€

Salama Gallimore, the lead investigator in the university’s Title IX office, responded to Cohn’s e-mail and suggested that the student involved in that particular incident may well have been responsible for the poop swastika in the bathroom.

In the paragraph I excerpted it's clear that ... an intoxicated individual said ‘bitch ass nigga’ to a white resident and this person was, in fact, black.
“The individual that reported said he was offended by this but felt like it was not directed towards him or the other black residents in the lounge.â€
Other blacks, meaning the drunk person was black.
Then, that same person (who is black) was the main suspect for the poop swastika, which seems to be directed against Jews instead of blacks.
Read it again: "...the student involved in that particular incident may well have been responsible for the poop swastika in the bathroom."

CONCLUSION:
The perpetrator behind the entire cause of the Missouri chaos is most likely black.

I believe many people know the race of the suspect.
I haven’t heard on any MSM source, including Fox, or Rush or anywhere that the individual starting the entire Missouri Meltdown was African-American.

What’s in the full police report? Likely the info on the actual suspect and his other activities. The black guy, that is.
Of course, there is no name of the suspect. Even though there was an “incident,” the person who caused the trouble is being protected. Why?

There is a rule, that I've never heard named, that if there is a hate symbol, it's a false flag, placed there by the aggrieved.

From the photos of the incident I’d say the perp was a starving vegan. And definitely not an art major.
The “Poop Nazi” may have been George Soros himself. It would be his way of taking toilet humor to the next level. At least he may have paid some meat head to do it for him. Old, decrepit, Soros may have been too constipated to do it himself.
