Trump: I’ll ‘go to war’ with Cruz if he rises higher

Donald Trump said Monday he is capable of turning on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) in their competition for the GOP’s 2016 presidential nomination.

“If he catches on, I guess we’ll have to go to war,” he told host Joe Kernen on CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”  “We’ll see what happens but so far we haven’t,” Trump continued. "He’s been very supportive [and] we have a lot of the same ideas.

“Well, he’s been very nice and supportive of everything I’ve said, more than anybody else.”

Yeah, but look. Ain’t none of them perfect. At this point, I am pretty much taking the “I’ll NEVER vote for XXXXX because he did this ONE THING I DIDN’T LIKE BACK IN 1995!!!!!” nonsense and putting it in the garbage where it belongs.

In the coming primary though, I am going to have to go north or go south. Accordingly, I will likely go with Cruz. I shook his hand and looked into his eye three weeks ago after listening to him over an hour in a small group. He is the real deal.

Really? Then why even vote for it in the first place? As it stands now, the Iran deal has the full Constitutional backing of the Congress.
