While people were still being shot in the concert hall, Franky was on TV calling for calm and tolerance.
My best guess is the cops went in about 1 to 1.5 hours after it was first attacked. And perhaps .75 to 1 hour after these inside reports were made known.
We all need to develop a faster response to these terrorist attacks. Even 10 brave men going in after the terrorists would have taken some/all of them out, slowed them down, etc.
Instead it was like fish in a barrel - with all the time in the world.
