we’ll have the attacks. That much is a certainty. And they will most likely be in disarmed victim states and zones. To the extent that they are not, there is at least a chance of repulsing the attacks.

It’s hard to understand how such a large attack could have happened seeing that France was already on a highest state of alert. AK-47s, grenades I’m hearing were used at the theater.
