Donald Trump was in Iowa tonight and gave a speech to thousands of supporters in Fort Dodge. He blasted all of his opponents, especially Ben Carson, who he repeatedly mocked and spoke about for 9 minutes.
He even does a little stabbing scene before asking what the hell is wrong with Iowa that Ben Carson is so close to him in the polls.

You’re catching on with some of your thoughts there. The media would like to save for later about Carson’s announced chronic disease problem just in case he gets the nomination. They’d like to save that if Carson faces Hillary in the general election where it would then become a “legitimate” question for Hillary the Dems and the big media to ask him about it. Mr. Carson is there a real heath problem that the public should know about since you are running for President? Mr. Carson will you release your heath records to prove that you are up to the job? Trump looks to force their hands.
He didn’t call the people of Iowa stupid. He said, “How stupid are the people of Iowa!”—in other words, if Carson expects them to believe this krap. It was rhetorical, not declaratory.
Trump tied Ben Carson to the words “pathological” and “child Molester” without calling Ben Carson either pathological or a child molester.
Was it outrageous? Sure, like his McCain, Kelly and Fiorina comments that were sure to sink him.
Trump will be chastised by pundits, and many average Joes will look at the hubub and say “Yeah, we know Trump has a big mouth but what’s this he’s talking about? Carson hit his mother in the head with a hammer and called himself pathological in his own book?”
Oh, and all while Trump has hooked the idea of Carson the Good Doctor with a term that’s poison.
Carson nipped at Trump earlier today on immigration. Trump counterpunched with a vengeance. I may not like the way Trump fights a PR battle, but he seems to know what he’s doing. Just ask Walker, Jeb, Graham and Jindal.
I just finished watching the video and there are so many lies and stupid statements about Trump, on this thread, it's shocking!
Trump's a natural born talker. He acts out certain parts, he modulates his voice at different points to make a statement, he uses facial, expressions and hand movements too.
You don't know what a "manic episode" looks like and there's no way he's "bipolar".
That was not a responsive audience in general. They only applauded at the broadest humor and the most reliable heartstring pulls. The Tennessee audience was the wildest.
Of course it depends somewhat on how the audio is set up. That can make it sound better or worse.
If he has a speech impediment, he should have gone for speech therapy before throwing his hat into the ring.

No, he’s not saying that sin is permanent. He’s not trying to be Saint Peter or God. He’s talking about who’s fit for holding the highest office in the land, what used to be called the Leader of the Western World. It’s too important to be lenient about.
There’s a lot Trump knows that he is not telling us. A lot that he is that he is not revealing. And not because it is bad. Because he is on message like no one I have ever seen. He is fighting to win this race the same way he will fight to win for us, if we give him the chance.
