From the video I saw, it looked like she touched him in a moment of anger. Is that not assault and battery? She should be in jail, not sobbing in her office coming up with a phony apology.
I hate it when someone touches me in a moment of anger. That should be counted as molestation /ork ork ork
I’d be looking to press charges for sure.
