White House Praises Protestors After Forcing University of Missouri President To Step Down
Breitbart ^ | 11/09/15 | Charlie Spiering

The Obama administration is praising protesters who successfully forced University of Missouri President Tim Wolfe to announce his resignation.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest praised the group of protesters for rallying together and demanding change, pointing out that Obama’s first presidential campaign was embodied by the same spirit.

“I think this also illustrates something that the president talked a lot about in the context of – in his campaign, that a few people speaking up and speaking out can have a profound impact on the communities where we live and work,” he said during the daily press briefing today.

The group of students accused Wolfe of enabling “a culture of racism” on campus and ignoring student concerns about recent events. Wolfe resigned after members of the college football team joined the protests, saying they wouldn’t suit up for the next game.

“That’s the kind of dialogue and work and unity that the Mizzou community is going to need to make progress on this issue,” Earnest said, in reaction to the decision calling it “a testament to the courage of the people on campus.”

Madame Secretary, let me open this Debate by stating that President Obama praised the students in Missouri for shutting down Mizzou University. Are you in agreement with the President? Do you have Praise or scorn for those responsible for driving the University President to resign?

When we had all the nonsense and rioting on campus in the 60’s and 70’s no administration of either party actually ENCOURAGED it.

Speak up and out? They made no persuasive argument. They had no facts on their side. They consisted of a guy who probably just watched Gandhi and decided to go on a hunger strike, plus a bunch of free ride scholarship winning football players claiming discrimination and refusing to keep to their playing commitments, and a pack of shouting, screaming drama queens. They nabbed their scapegoat. They won no respect except from people who think bullying is a legitimate means of scoring political points (Obama). The “win” is mostly due to the university not wanting to pay out $1 million to the opposing football team.

That's that magic word again: "CHANGE"

WHAT did the President of the college do? What was his crime?

I’ve known others like that. The status quo MUST be abandoned, even if the only way you can think of is to go worse!

"...and when you've won, when you have things just the way you want them, then what? What are you going to do about those that come along after you, the ones that don't like the way you have made things, what are you going to do then?"

paraphrased from the latest Dr. Who episode.

That's the kind of dialogue and work and unity

Neither dialog, "work" or unity.

The truth is not in these people.

#HandsUpDon’tShoot and #BlackLivesMatter are on the march and have moved from Ferguson to Mizzou, taking it to “The Man”.

The main “Man” involved is Jay Nixon, governor of Missouri.

Watch him cave once again to the “politically correct” crowd.

Of course the Current Regime now squatting in the White, er, “Rainbow” Hut, holding governance in that territory once known as “the United States of America”, hails this as “a great victory for democracy”.

If you mean the mob is victorious, well, then, yeah, it was sort of “democratic”.

Intimidation works every time it is applied with sufficient mob action behind it.
