It all depends on where zero stands. If he wants her to be president, this guy will either be ignored, or more likely smeared and fired.
If he does not want her to be president, charges could be filed, more likely he could pardon her. He would be the “good guy” and kill her political aspirations at the same time. It would be the ultimate FU with a smile.
The FBI will have this investigation all sewn up. All they need is a statement from Amb. Stevens.
The investigation will drag on until after the election. If Hillary wins there will be no referral of indictment, just a weak apology and an announcement to move on after this vicious, personal "GOP political attack". If she loses the election (unlikely, given the looming massive vote fraud) 0bama will pardon her before he leaves office. It matters not that he can't because he she hasn't been convicted yet. He will because he can get away with it with a GOP-e anxious to "move on".
Cankles will waddle, er, walk. She will either be the next President or move off scot free to running her Foundation.

And their continued activities of draconian behavior follows them through the Senate, speaking engagements, Secretary of State, their Clinton Foundation (fundraising/charities) has led to new investigations. But to what end? The populace becomes further confused, further led astray, ending up disinterested.Yet except Bill being Impeached, his law license suspended, his Paula Jones monetary fine, what 'penalty' have they been given? The MSM has provided 'cover' for their defense, misdirected media attention from any new evidence, thus stonewalling wherein any news eventually becomes 'old news'. The progressive liberals have been insufferable apologists and enablers which furthers negates any adverse action by the present day low information voters.

And .. the movie about Benghazi is just now hitting the big screen .. and if people are curious enough to go and see it, they’re going to be confronted with the truth of what happened (as told by the people who were there on the ground), and the story is quite a bit different than what the liberals have been trying to portray.
I expect this movie to do it’s job of informing the public of what REALLY went on during the night of 9/11/2012.
