An immigrant-rights group proposed a "Bill of Rights" for illegal immigrants Thursday, demanding that Americans recognize there are millions already in the country who deserve health care, in-state tuition rates for college and a guarantee of citizenship in the long term.
The list of demands runs 10 items long -- the same as the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights -- and also calls for an end to arrests and deportations for "all law-abiding undocumented Americans."
The document was circulated by United We Stay, which is a group of illegal immigrants, first generation Americans and human rights activists pushing for changes to immigration law.
"We know we have human rights, even though our very presence is deemed illegal and our existence alien. Now we have our own Bill of Rights and we want it to be the framework for every immigration decision going forward from the local to the national level," the group said in a statement announcing their demands.

No such thing, they broke the law getting here, so they ARE NOT “law-abiding undocumented Americans.”
We’ve been sold this amnesty crappola twice before. Both times we were told it was because there was just no way to deport them all. Both times we were told it was to be ‘just this one time”. Both times involved millions of illegals.
So...why does ANYONE think this time is different? What, about the current invasion, is different from those prior instances?
They are ILLEGAL. It’s time to reclaim our nation and our nationalism. Deportation surely cannot be more expensive than the immediate impact on entitlement programs and other social programs that are already costing us BILLIONS.
Buses to the Borders, any of the four. Let ‘em walk, or let ‘em swim. They can return via established, legal processes.
It ain’t rocket science...
You know, I woke up the other morning to find a hobo in my basement. When I told him to get out or I’d call the cops, he presented me with a hobo bill of rights, demanding I bring him breakfast daily, that he got a real bedroom and a closet of clothes. Oh, and that he could use my car.
Guess what I said?
They broke the “rights” right off the bat. End deportations of all “law abiding” immigrants.....they broke the law when they set foot here.
You didn’t shoot him?
Pickup truck, a tarp and a dark North Georgia Mountain road.............
Illegal aliens have the right to be deported.
That’s it.
That is the only right they have. And their home country should be charged for our expense of deporting them.
They can all go to @ell. It’s a free ride on a one way ticket.
First of all, they are not law abiding citizens. Go home and make changes to your own country.
Civil War is coming to America. As a Hispanic, I’m deeply entrenched in their “community” and depending on the nationalities involved, you seem to hear nothing but “social justice” nonsense from most of them.
They push back about as hard as muslims. And yes, in the end it’s not even about ‘rights’, it’s more about stuff but specifically MORE STUFF for THEIR KIND.
They move into nice houses.....which they immediately TRASH so it can remind them of home.
“United We Stay”. Sorta has a Sorosesque smell to it doesn’t it?
Sounds like a plan.
I don’t wish to equate the U.S. with Germany of the 1940s, but if Germany could move millions of people about on old trains we could — in this day and age, with all our modern technology — at least be able to do the same.
Oh, I like it. He'd be classified as just another ambushed hiker on the Appalachian Trail.
It is indeed.
Leftists tell us that it would be impossible to round up and deport 11 million illegals - or is it really 12, 24, 0r 36 million?
And most of the illegals are already known to the government or their names and locations are in the system.
Many get tax refunds, have EBT cards, receive monthly welfare checks, have Obamacare and their children attend government schools.
But the same leftists who tell us we cannot find and deport these illegals think they would have no problem identifying and registering 350 million firearms and about 5 trillion rounds of ammunition.
Trains and boats to Central America worked well last time - allowing for the rapidity of modern transportation - send by container ship to Tierra del Fuego.
No...Give them 90 days to get their affairs in order and leave the coutnry and take their anchor babies with them. If they are still here, charge them with felony illegal presence, and deport them. Forbid them to ever enter the US again. Let the legal means be for those who have properly waited their turn.
