This is stupid and this illustrates a problem with how Carson has a tendency to think in bureaucratic terms. Its outrageous that we would have the government involved in bathrooms. Most places now have “Family Bathrooms” that anyone can use regardless of gender. The idea that a grown adult can’t simply use the bathroom of their gender should not be a matter of law. Its a personal problem and it is purposely being used to force the transformation and further deconstruct gender in society. This is an issue the lgbtwtf activists can not win unless we start giving credibility to their foolish arguments which Carson is doing here.

He claims he has not changed his position on abortion. He claims he has always been pro-life, even when referring women to an abortionist. He said it was his role as a doctor. It would be the same if I had been living in 1850 and someone came up to me asking where he could buy a slave, I would have said “well I don’t own slaves and I don’t believe in owning slaves, but if you want to buy a couple there’s a man down the street that will sell you all you want”. Of course he’s never challenged on anything because he’s Fox’s new candidate of the week to try and take out Trump. If that would happen and Trump got out, Fox would jump on Carson like a bulldog on a pork chop and start challenging him on his positions because their end game is to clear the field for the establishment candidate, whether it’s Rubio, Bush, or Kasish.
Yours seems like the most sane idea, actually I’ve never understood why we have separate bathrooms anyway it’s not like two people go in one stall together. It’s all predicated on the principle that people will behave morally when around strangers in public. We’ve kinda lost that already.
Although I still like having men’s only bathrooms because this way we don’t have the long lines women always seem to have. The urinal really is an efficient use of space.
In a public setting, just make sure there are locking stalls for privacy. There can still be urinals for men who want to get in and out quickly.
Way too much hysteria over public bathrooms. We humans have very similar bodily functions. I've been using public bathrooms for 50 years and never had an issue. Should it bother me that a woman is in the next stall doing her thing? Not at all. Nor should it be a problem vice versa.
I found some other possible signs for the transgender restrooms in my Google searchings too.
If they have a transgender restroom, will it be for both male-to-female and female-to-male transgenders, like these two cases (Chastity Bono and Bruce Jenner)?
If so, will they still encounter this problem in those kinds of restrooms?

Don’t you remember the American with disabilities act? The dems can easily just tuck this into the disabled Americans paradigm. We taxpayers will pay for it off of course.
Now just how many kinds of bathrooms with be needed? Will there be a bathroom for males who have all the male parts but just like to dress like women? Females who have all the female parts but just like to dress like men? How about men who have kept their male apparatus but have fake breasts and like to dress like women? What about women who have had their breasts removed and still have their female apparatus but like to dress as males? How about women who have had their breasts removed and had a male sex organ? There are several categories of transgender,so how many kinds of bathrooms are going to have to be build in every public building?
Boy, the GOP must have their talent scouts everywhere. Rubio, Fiorino and now Carson. Money talks and it is a universal language.
Don’t you get the impression that running for president has become a great big scam? The candidates get to collect lots of campaign money which will become their retirement fund. They stay in the campaign as long as they keep getting contributions then they get out when the funding is drying up. And off course all those consultants are getting a piece of the action as well.
