I found a very interesting site just because of the position posed by Carson's remark

Not that I believe it, but I recall that there HAVE been studies and video done to show stairs and shafts and rooms and none of it indicates storage

It's more likely the pyramids were built as landing pads for the Goa'uld than that Joseph-- with absolutely no reference in the Bible-- had an army of slaves get to work to build a massive and useless structure with very little room just to put grain in it.

They didn’t take him out of context at all. The media followed up with the man and gave him an opportunity to clarify.
