YEP!!!! California marriage law overturned by liberal 9th circuit!!!!! Overwhelming win on the ballot by the people marriage one man one woman, but noooooo the courts knew what was better for us!!!!!!

Probably. People, especially legislators, need to get it through their thick heads that judges issue OPINIONS. These OPINIONS are not LAWS. For these opinions to become law, a legislature must agree with these opinions and pass appropriate laws that give judicial opinions the force of law.

Finally, people need to understand that only legislatures may write laws. Judges can’t write laws. Period. Exclamation point.
