"The bull had legal right to be there."

It was a bull. It didn't have legal rights period.

This means the rancher had the right to graze the bull there

Take the bull to a butcher. Then, according to the UN, some conservative could have a “steak” through the heart.

I’m not an attorney, are you?

I’m quite sure an attorney would confirm my position.

Wrong ,open range means the bull had the right of way on the road.

Here in Michigan any damage cattle do is the responsibly of the owner....the only reason it may not be is if the owner is out looking for his cattle....I saw a couple of cattle crossing the road and pulled into the farm and notified the owner...He got in his truck along with his dog. I pointed him the direction they took and followed him to see what was going on....3 young cows was eating the flowers in front of a house...The owner found a hole in his fence that they got out of.....took one look at the farmer and headed back to the hole in the fence. Left the dog by the fence and headed back to his home....probably to get equipment to patch the hole......What I found interesting was that the cattle knew exactly where the hole was they went threw...

I had a neighbor call me when I had the farm to let me know my Royal Palm turkeys were in his back yard heading for the woods....Off I went with a good size branch, walked around and in front of the 4 turkeys and when they saw me, they turned around and headed down the neighbors drive way, turned in the right direction to get home. Animals are not stupid as some people think....those damn turkeys squawked at each other all the way to my back yard....I had let them out when I was working outside in the past and they stayed in the back yard....
