Yes. Can't have those soccer mom's having to be inconvenienced with having to go over cracks, unleveled walks and having to get up on the curb when it ends and they have to cross a street. Come on you know better. Most want a very level surface especially with a stroller.

ADA means they get ramps at every corner. No having to lift over the curb.
As for the rest - they prefer being run over by an inattentive car driver? So they’re breaking the law AND stupid?
