Has there been a candidate more polarizing in the 2016 election than Donald Trump?
Superfans think heâs a geniusâa plutocrat who will negotiate America into economic success and mediate between a partisan Congress. Detractors think Trump is a racist buffoon who doesnât have anything good to say, and yet wonât keep his mouth shut. For Republicans, Trump is a refreshing choice for voters who are sick of a GOP that canât hold together a united front.
Heading into the third Republican presidential debate, Trumpâfor the first time in monthsâis not in the top spot in the polls. Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson took a national lead in a New York Times/CBS news poll published yesterday. Twenty-six percent of Republican primary voters are backing Carson, versus 22 percent for Trump. Itâs a narrow lead, but one that Trump promptly questioned. After all, the billionaire has remarked, âIf I fell behind badly [in the polls], I would certainly get out. Iâm in this for the long haul.â

âI watched Pam earlier, and it really looks like sheâs just taunting everybody. What is she doing drawing Muhammad? I mean itâs disgusting, Isnât there something else they could be doing? Drawing Muhammad? They canât do something else? They have have to be in the middle of Texas doing something on Muhammad and insulting everybody? What is she doing? Why is she doing it? Itâs probably very risky for her â I donât know, maybe she likes risk?â

âYes, and a very strong yes to renewable fuel standards. There is no reason not to. We need it. We need every form we can get. Ethanol is terrific, especially with the new process. And I am totally in favor of ethanol 100-percent and I will support it.â

As far as single payer, it works in Canada. It works incredibly well in Scotland.

I always like to research the author:

Really like Cruz but Trump can get the crossover votes. I’m ok with either one whoever can beat the halloween cackler and her incompetent corruptions.

I prefer “Trumpeters” as that most closely describes their rabid and noisy support of the old fraud.

Has there been a candidate more polarizing in the 2016 election than Donald Trump? Why yes. There's Hillary, and there's Bernie. If the author doesn't think they are polarizing, he's either a partisan for them, or not paying attention.

Whatever is causing this, it’s got to be corrected as it’s driving me, along with I would guess all other Freepers, nutz big time. Enough! Where’s the fix?
