They claim they want "Diversity",.. yet they want everyone to think and act politically correct( PC), so they make group think so that
all are in one accord ,..to their way of thinking..only !
That's not diversity , ..that's bullying, control of others, and coercion
The term 'micro-aggression' doesn't exist in reality.
It exists only in the weak, twisted feeble mind of a perpatrator who wants to feel like they are a victim;
that way they can justify their own hostility.
It's just an excuse for their own aggresive , coercive ,and anti-civilized behavior .
Actually this kind of thing goes way back. Anyone remember the Frito Bandito commercials which ran 1967-71 (voiced by the famous Mel Blanc)? The Bandito got the axe due to complaints that it was insulting to Mexicans. Yes, almost 45 years ago, Frito's caved to the same pressures.
