This is simple, cell phones should never ever be allowed in the class room. Had that person been white, this BS would never have been reported.
This is an extension of Loretta Lynch "War on Police." Since when has the DOJ become involved when a violent, disruptive student is removed from class? This is the same Loretta Lynch and DOJ who gave a pass to Lois Lerner.
More and more it appears we need somebody such as D. Trump to cut back on this this craziness. Dr. Carson and little Rubio would be over their head. Ms. Hillary would only continue this.

So...disrupt & inconvenience everyone else doing what they should where they’re supposed to? She wins. Sure, she’ll get up at some point - on her terms; she wins. Arrest her? for WHAT? if it’s an arrestable offense then forcing compliance is warranted - and then we’re back where it started.
Methinks he did take it too far, but do question how much margin for error he really had - to wit: very little. Forcing the uncooperative out of such a seat is awkward at best, and easily requires more aggression than can easily be controlled.
We need to stop this notion that the upstanding of society must panic & flee the presence of misbehavior, leaving it to continue and dominate the situation.
The problem is the school administration passed off a routine discipline issue to the school resource officer, instead performing their duties and handling the issue themselves.

It's not a difficult concept...cop tells you to move, either move or be moved. And those who see it in any other light are part of the problem and are enabling the dysfunction.

The word “should” has nothing to do with this.
It’s what is called a red herring. If it happens in 500 or 1000 schools and in a similar manner, action should be taken in the states where it happens. But this is a local story - in my eyes.
That goes for U.S. society at large.

You take the class out and leave her alone then she would make a story up about being molested, beaten up etc.
What they said and those talking points on FOX is blatantly wrong. The kid who took the video said the officer did no wrong so it does help when you have witnesses.
He should’ve walked into the classroom and said....maam you need to leave now. When she refused he should’ve called his supervisor/shift manager, whatever and said....she refuses to leave, now what?
That is what is going to start happening. IF I were a cop I’d start asking permission for every single thing from a higher up. Let them take the responsibility.
Why should all other students have their learning interrupted bu this ind insolent idiot.
Set the expectations and hold students accountable fir their actions up tl and I including being forcibly removed from the classroom.
