He took racial offense just like that, at the slightest ridiculous thing. Truthfully I saw the clip, and I don’t think she was saying anything about race, or saying hard worker is racist. In fact she never mentioned race at all. I took it to mean that any politician, or someone working in a white collar job isn’t working nearly as hard as someone in a menial job. Yeah, she mentioned she keeps a picture of slaves picking cotton, but it could just as easily been a roofer or a guy hanging sheetrock. I’ve actually said similar things myself, but it was a strange way she chose to inject it into the conversation and threw in a bunch of lefties talking points. But she didn’t say it was racist.
