Thousands of Israeli Jews took legal action against Facebook in a New York court Monday, alleging it allowed jihadists to openly recruit and train terrorists and plan terror attacks on its pages.
Some 20,000 Israelis, organized by the Israel-based non-profit Shurat HaDin -The Israel Law Center - joined a civil lawsuit filed Monday in the Supreme Court for the State of New York, seeking an injunction against Facebook.
The law center wants to force Facebook not only to remove the terrorists' pages, but also to better monitor and block users who post videos glorifying and encouraging terrorist attacks, and publish messages with instructions on how to carry out an attack.
“The terrorists do not come on their own; they write posts and encourage their friends to kill Jews,” said Israeli attorney Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, director of Shurat HaDin. “Facebook has been transformed into an anti-Semitic incubator for murder.”

You’d think Zuckerberg wouldn’t be a traitor to his people.
You may be right; this is not my area of the law, so I can't say for sure one way or the other. OTOH, Shurat HaDin really knows what they are doing - they have successfully sued various terror organizations and the PA in US federal courts. I would suspect that there is more here than meets the eye in terms of FB's liability.
Oh, and I hope that they not only win, but that FB feels the burn of horrible publicity for enabling the attack, mutilation and murder of dozens, if not hundreds, of innocent people but the scum-sucking Paleoswinians.

The constitution is quite clear in the 1st amendment. Why do we disregard freedom of speech if we hate what is said? Where does that end ? What if we advocate the death of ISIS members? Do we get sued? I am amazed at the lack of knowledge of the United States Constitution.

I agree with DesertRhino. First of all, not all of them are US citizens, so they won't be voting for anyone here. Of those that are American citizens, the percentage that would feel politically at home here on FR is VERY high - yes, on the order of 85%-90%, as DesertRhino says. Liberal American Jews generally don't move to Israel from the US, they don't have the religious fervor and don't want to give up the comforts of life here (among which is not getting drafted, or having your kids drafted, into the IDF and almost certainly being tossed into combat). Besides, given that Shrillary is a lighter-colored, female version of Obama, who has about a 4% approval rating in Israel, I don't think that any more than you can literally count on one hand will vote for Her Thighness.
