ANDERSON, S.C. Paulette Del Casale and a friend drove nearly three hours last week from the Atlanta suburbs to this rural, northwest corner of South Carolina to experience a Donald Trump rally again.
It was Del Casales fourth Trump event in three states and the first time she has volunteered for a political campaign. She cheered through the Republican presidential candidates hour-long speech and, afterward, posed for photos with new friends and plugged a private Facebook group she helps moderate, Trump Defeats the Establishment.

Good for her!
But Ethanol-loving Carson may win Iowa.
I read the article. I do not think the author intended it to, but it reads like one long ad for Trump.
Remember? Back in March, they were warning the New York Times that certain words were "coded sexism," at least when those words were used in connection with the Super Volunteers' favorite presidential candidate.
Those words included: polarizing, calculating, disingenuous, insincere, ambitious, inevitable, entitled, over confident, secretive, out of touch and represents the past.
“But Ethanol-loving Carson may win Iowa.”
Wake up FReepers. Carson is NOT our friend.
Trump is at 40 in S Carolina. Not a problem like Iowa
Just like Huckabee and Santorum. It really did wonders for them.
There are a lot more ‘not friends’ than there are ‘friends’ and the ‘friends’ group grows smaller everyday.
We still have 3 months to get the word out and turn Iowa around.
Every network in America is trying to destroy Trump. Fox/WSJ are trying the hardest. Also BOTH parties. Yet, he is still ahead of the pack.
It’s my hope that Trump supporters stay loyal and not be swayed by negative ads - they don’t affect me, but I’m not sure about others.
But about a decade ago, she became disenchanted with both parties. It felt like the Democrats were no longer the peoples party, she said, so last year, she voted for Republicans for the first time only to be disappointed that not much has changed in Washington.
I can't see how that has anything at all to do with the article. I read the whole article. I looked and looked and couldn't find anything that even remotely mentions Carson, Iowa and ethanol. Just saying.
Santorum and Huckabee won Iowa. How did they do against Romney and McCain?
"@mygreenhippo #BenCarson is now leading in the #polls in #Iowa. Too much #Monsanto in the #corn creates issues in the brain? #Trump #GOP" Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 22, 2015
Yes we do.
An attempt to denigrate and dismiss Trumps attendees at his events.
They want you to think the same group follows trump around to each event.
They want you to think each person is a rabid fan(attic) rather than a person who actually likes Trump’s platform.
They want you to believe that hardly anyone at one of these events is going to vote for Trump or is even old enough to.
They also want you to think that Trump is lying about self-funding. They tout how much his supporters have sent in, and how much he has spent. 70-80% of what he spent came from supporters. They don’t mention he has spent the lowest of anyone.
Trump has brought in somewhere in the neighborhood of 1/(60th-80th) of the money Hillary Clinton has.
It’s simply amazing what he has done on next to nothing.
Don’t pay attention to that though. He really doesn’t know how to manage money, his bottom line, and maximizing his bang for buck. You should not think this means he would do the same sorts of things for the nation.
As Obama would say, “Don’t jump to conclusions.”
“Totally unexpected!”
