Ben Carson brushed off Donald Trumps mockery of his low energy on Meet the Press this morning.
BEN CARSON: Everybody has their own personality. If you like to do that, thats fine. Thats not who I am. And I dont get into the mud pit. And Im not going to be talking about people. I will tell you, in terms of energy, Im not sure theres anybody else running whos spent 18 or 20 hours intently operating on somebody.
CHUCK TODD: Do you think people mistake your soft-spoken [style] with a lack of energy?
CARSON (in just about the calmest, softest voice imaginable): I think so. I have plenty of energy. I do have a tendency to be relaxed. I wasnt always like that! There was a time when I was very volatile, but I changed.
You are the one that is experiencing an emotional reaction. I am not nauseated by Cruz.
Lopeover & out.
Yes he is and many children owe their lives and health to him.
Do you not have access to Google?
But we're not talking about surgery. We're talking about a run for President.
I’m with you entirely, other than your vote for Trump “if it comes to it.”
If our choice to lead this country for the next four years comes down to Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, I have a hard time believing someone won’t attempt a 3rd party, or even a write-in, candidacy in the months remaining after those two are nominated, especially if they run the sort of negative campaign both are likely to run. There will just be too many voters who don’t want either one of them.
So many former Democrat voters are fed up with the leftward lurch of their party that an alliance of those Democrats together with Republicans who won’t tolerate another narcissist as President might comprise enough votes to surprise people.
Well I do. I prefer freeper info however.
It’s all over the forum.
Summary:
Eliminate Medicare
Pacifism
Identifies with the race baiting left
There is more, but I didn’t need much more than that.
>>But we’re not talking about surgery. We’re talking about a run for President.<<
Actually, we’re talking about Trump’s inane “low-energy” attack on his opponents. Once people realize how stupid it actually is, they then want to change the subject.

Just thought I would give you guys some reading on Ben Carson and let you know who and what he is....enjoy....
As I said I don’t support him.
Last I read he had a free market replacement idea for Medicare and Medicaid that made people responsible for their own healthcare.
The American Thinker has a good blog on this.
But if he ends up being the candidate to beat Hillary, you would?
Exactly, but Trump supporters ignore that and also overlook Trump’s previous support for single-payer healthcare. I guess they suddenly like the prospect of the government overseeing all of our personal health needs.
In fact, Trump is the one GOP candidate that cannot be relied upon to abandon Obamacare (other than Kasich, I suppose.) He’d very likely try to “improve” it instead.
It’s not his lack of energy, it’s his lack of character.
Ben Carson Pretends He Doesn’t Really Want To End Medicare
10/25/15 8:30am
As we already discussed here, GOP presidential candidate and former neurosurgeon Ben Carson told Politico that he wants to replace Medicare and Medicaid with cradle-to-grave health savings accounts.
When asked by Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace if he really wants to put an end to Medicare, Carson stammered and stuttered his way through the interview and tried to pretend that’s not what he wants to do, even though we all know that would be the end result if you move the funds from one program to the other.
Here’s more from The Hill on Carson’s train wreck of an interview on Fox: Ben Carson says he won’t end Medicare:
Republican Ben Carson on Sunday rejected the notion that he will end Medicare if he is elected president.
“Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace asked Carson if his plan was to end the program, which serves 49 million senior citizens.
Thats completely false, Carson said. Thats a narrative someones putting out there to scare people.
Carson said the program hes outlined uses health savings accounts starting from the time a person is born until their death to largely eliminate the needs for people to be dependent on government programs.
I would never get rid of the programs, he said. I would provide people with an alternative and I think they will see the alternative were going to outline is so much better than anything else.
Wallace pushed Carson on what appeared to be a policy change, asking him if people will have a choice between health savings accounts and the traditional Medicare
I do not believe in imposing things on people, Carson said. I believe in presenting things that are so attractive that people will quickly migrate to them.
It’s pretty bad when even a host on Fox isn’t buying the B.S. you’re shoveling. Wallace pushed and pushed Carson on where the money would come from for his program, and Carson either doesn’t even understand what his own health care proposal would do, or he’s just lying through his teeth.
Well, Mr. Carson, speaking as a medical professional myself, not sure I understand what that statement has to do with anything. Standing in a surgical suite for 20 hours only show you have some stamina to stand for long periods—like most of us in medical profession, however, that doesn’t prove you have high energy, or the power to cheer-lead a failing Nation — as Trump does.
I’ve done, albeit maybe 2 hrs at the most. I think the man’s greatest attribute is his attention to detail, but look at Trump. He will get the best people in there for advice, then make a decision. CArson is waaaaay over his head here. Worse maybe than Obama.
Nothing is worse than Obama.
NOTHING.
We are in seriously horrible shape as a country. The left is quietly moving around us and making much progress.
No....his 2nd grade teacher and he was 7 and I’ll bet it was one of those things where the teacher moved into him. Psssst...I gave my dad a black eye and I was 6 so been there, done that.
“Trump starts to fade out in hour 3, demands No more 3-hour debates!
I faded long before that. Way too much Carly who shouldn’t have even been there.
