There are very few destructive policies that weren't carried out by at least two of these three administrations. Even regime change started with Clinton, in Yugoslavia. Even go back to George 1, with a lot of his missteps, like globalist initiatives and encouraging federal interference in education.

No, Bush made no efforts at undoing any thing of Clintons, no push back. Just spend spend spend. He gave us the Department Of Fatherland Security which can be used by lefties against the citizenry. And he kept most of the government heads appointed by Clinton in office.
