This "women's issue" is basically a "NON-ISSUE" and nobody is falling for it except Hillary Clinton............

I can almost guarantee that most (if not all) of the GOPe candidates would've tripped on their response. They are programmed to spout PC, non-confrontational responses.
They probably figured Trump would do the same. I think he could have responded a bit more bluntly - but he did OK. It wasn't the typical mush I'd expect from Bush, Rubio, or the other dwarf candidates.

Those lascivious young bulls at this top ranked Catholic college ‘abused’ her within days of new student orientation? Hello?

Because that was the first hit Trump took on Jeb back before the low energy blast. Remember Jeb’s stumble on women’s health issues? Plus the GOPe thinks they’ll be able to get Trump to stumble on a “women’s issue” question.

Mmmm, I wouldn't say that. There's a whole huge class of people who are voting for Hillary for no other reason than because she's a woman (purportedly), the way they voted for Obama becasue he was black.
Society has gone along with the Women's Movement agenda of My Body, My Choice", belittled and denounced masculinity as "chauvinism", rejected the graces of the true feminine nature, and utterly rejected the role of women as homemakers, mothers, and wives subject to their husband.
The fruits of the Women's Movement appears to be alive and well as the continuing infanticide, mutilation, and sale of body parts goes unabated, the gay agenda thrives, and marriages and families continue to be destroyed.
The women's issue thing is actually a big problem, but NOT one that is ANY of the federal government's constitutional business.
She has an intense personal dislike of Trump as politician, and appears to live and breathe politics. At any rate, I'm inclined to follow your lead, that she acted on her own. The details of her personal motivation aren't all that important.
