By the way, this is the EASIEST way to end the immigration issue - tax the crap out of immigrants. Everybody else does. Try emigrating to Australia.
We are already doing it. The EB-5 program costs $500K for every green card we issue to the nice Chinese people who opt for this program. Look it up.
