A large portion of homosexuals have a history of abuse as noted in the first post. But many, if not most, do not. The behavior stems from structure. Structure stems from gene expression.
Have a paper backing that up?
Androgen sensitivity is one of the stronger theories. But the sensitivity is genetic.
Because if homosexuality was like other developmental/genetic disorders then it would be like mental retardation, or autism, or Tay-Sachs or....
And that would mean no more demonizing that population for making a sinful choice. That would be like screaming at retarded kids for being filled with sin...and that just won't go over well.
That would mean having to understand their disorder even when so many are acting like prime jerks right now demanding special made up rights.
It would mean having to stop bashing every study at understanding this disorder like a bunch of Luddites whacking a steam engine.

And then there are the blessed few who were abused as children (such as me, by a babysitter as a 7 year old and then later by a supposed friend) who exhibit none of these behaviors.

Trauma and environment can change epigentics, even through generations. Children of famine survivors have the portions of their genome that store fat against lean times more highly activated than those whose parents didn't endure privation...

Homosexuality is not in any way comparable to retardation.
They have not found a “gay gene” no matter how many times they have claimed such.
And they never will.
My point was that in order to justify the gay lifestyle a gene has to be invented so that it is ok for people to think being gay is something one cannot help because one is born this way.
There is an inconvenient truth though. Hundreds of thousands of people have gone back to being straight from the gay lifestyle. Does that mean then that the gay gene fades for some people which explains why hundreds of thousands of people are no longer gay?
But then why is there just a gay gene that has been found for 2% of the population? Since a gay gene has been found why not find a thief gene, or a murderer gene, or a hypochondriac gene, or a bad driver gene or any kind of gene that explains compulsive behavior.
I am sure that people with compulsions of all kinds have suffered even worse than your brother in law but those people are relegated to those who need therapy and who have to change their ways. It seems that these days only gay people are given every latitude to be the way they are.
Some schools have had gay day where kids are encouraged to act gay to know what it is like. Why on earth would this happen?
Frankly I am not sold on the gay thing especially when the statistics come out about the gay community especially regarding disease or the effect it has on kids of gay couples or as I said that hundreds of thousands have turned straight again. None of these things can be discussed openly even though they are quite serious.
Frankly if you can intimidate people into thinking that the gay lifestyle is “normal” then you can convince people of anything. Men can be women. Women can be men. Global cooling of 40 years ago has been replaced by global warming when the science says it is total bs. 40 years ago when the globe was apparently cooling we had just a few years before the planet turned into an ice cube.
The ruling class can then create this mass hypnosis and make people believe anything which is the best way to turn everyone into sheep.
Saying that what your brother in law does behind closed doors is his busienss is total bs. The government now reserves the right to dictate what happens behind closed doors. Certain behaviors are sanctioned by the government and others are not but the individual has very little choice in the matter. It just happens that being gay is the flavor of the decade.
Recently many stories have surfaced about how kids are being sodomized by the thousands in the Middle East but the American government has decided that this is ok. All these little kids are now budding gays because who are we to tell people what they should do behind closed doors. Hell! soldiers are being discharged because they had the gall to try and defend the innocent.
The gay behavior is not just reserved to minors. It is rampant and there is a whole class of sex slaves in the Middle East but in America we say it is ok so who are we to tell people what they do.
You will not see one gay organization in America raise these issues for fear of offending the gay lifestyle. If girls and women are taken and raped and whatever else it is plastered all over the media. When was the last time you saw a story about the thousands of people forced in the gay lifestyle in the Middle East or in the US for that matter ( prisons to start) or homeless teens who turn gay to make money. This is rampant.
So while your brother in law my have suffered, it might also be a good idea to take a look at the hundreds of thousands if not millions who have suffered in the gaystapo hall of shame!
Incorrect. Those suffering from the homosexual disorder cause unknown are human beings deserving the rights and respect due any and all human beings. It is homosexual sexual activity that is sinful, it is homosexual sexual activity that is a choice to engage in or avoid, and it is homosexual sexual activity that can and should be legitimately and justly discriminated against -ALL THIS, even if a genetic cause for the homosexual disorder is ever found.
