Politico Magazine published an excerpt from Ambassador Dennis Ross latest book Doomed to Succeed: The USIsraeli relationship from Truman to Obama, which highlighted how President Barack Obama succeeded with the Iran Deal at the expense of the two allies relationship.
According to Ross, National Security Adviser Susan Rice told the national director of the Anti-Defamation League Abe Foxman that in reacting to the deal, which Israel knew little about, Netanyahu did everything but use the n-word in describing the president.
In his book, Ross argues that It didnt have to play out that way.
Per Politico:
From the outset of his presidency, Obama was focused on establishing what became known as the dual- track approach to Iran and its nuclear program: Be prepared to deal directly with the Iranians but also build our leverage with them. Engagement put pressure on the Iranians in two ways. First, talking to the United States created deep fissures in the Iranian elite. Second, if the Iranians balked at dealing directly with us, it made it far easier for us to mobilize sanctions against them. The hope was to alter Irans behavior through negotiations, but if the Iranians would not engage at all, or engaged but would not budge, we would then be able to garner international pressure on them to change course.
Israel was very much a factor in this approach. To forestall Israeli military action against what Israelis perceived as an existential threat, the president understood we needed to show we could apply meaningful pressure on the Iranians that would alter their nuclear program. In his first meetings with Netanyahu, in May 2009, Obama explained the logic of the dual trackwhich necessarily had to start with the effort at engagement. When Netanyahu asked how much time we would give engagementclearly fearing that the Iranians might just string us along as they proceeded with their nuclear developmentObama told him that if nothing happened before the end of the first year, we would pivot toward sanctions. To add to the credibility of our pressure on Iran, the president wanted the Israelis to understand that he meant it when he said that all options are on the table.
Still, the way the Obama administration limited Israels knowledge of the deal, this harmed the relationship between the two allies far more than [the U.S.] needed to.
“They’ll be gone.”
Music to the ears.
IMHO
For 0 and his minions Netanyahu is the N word.
It’s amazing that many people think the US is Israel’s greatest ally when it has repeatedly told Israel to return land it won fair and square, not retaliate disproportionally when attacked by its enemies, and not retaliate when the bad guys hide behind civilians.
What’s even more surprising is Israel has never called out the US on its hypocrisy - will it return California, Texas, and the entire Southwest to Mexico - the spoils of victory? Of course not. The US is the world’s greatest example of disproportionate responses - it destroyed the Spanish Empire, Japanese Empire, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other nations when they were foolish enough to attack the US or make themselves its enemies. They firebombed Dresden, Tokyo, and dozens of other Axis cities killing hundreds of thousands of civilians, but if tiny Israel responds in the same way, oh no! We can’t have that. That’s not fair!
People like Obama, Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton are the scum of the earth.
******************************************
AMEN to that!!!
Of course the word of Susan Rice is the pinnacle of integrity.
Okay, I am going to use the “n” word.
Obama is a nitwit!
Numbskull.
Nutjob.
Numb Nuts
So he didn’t call Obama a nigger, good for him. He should also get credit for not calling him a coon, or even a jigaboo. I am certain there are more words he didn’t call him, but i am having trouble remembering them.
Obama used that very word to describe himself.
LOL
I know right? Either they are delusional people who believe they can read minds, or they are actually themselves racist for thinking someone should have used the N word but didn’t but must have been thinking it, because they themselves sure were. OR they want to stir the pot and keep perpetuating the atmosphere that if you disagree with a black person or call him a few choice names like you would a white person you had a feud with you will be called out as RACIST and that will shut white people down so black people can continue doing whatever the hell they want. Probably a little of all the above!
To some of them, we are BORN racist. Simply by having white skin, that’s all that is needed.
The blindfold this story is “Nader Imhood”; likely of TROP..
0vomit is definitely a nagger..
Well that really would describe this maggott best now.
