A target for a radiological bomb might be the Financial District in Manhattan or central Washington D.C. where the contamination would disrupt business for weeks.

Although you are correct, I don’t think that will be the target. Who is kill move of them now? A lot more?

Putin is making a even bigger fool of Barack, so he leaks this previously unpublicized case from earlier this year.

A dirty bomb shutting down the Federal Government for weeks? Sounds like a plan.

The only paralysis would be from FEAR, not Hazard. Spread a little contamination around, big deal, clean it up.

The blueprint for a ‘dirty bomb’, or a radioactive device, has been in print sice the 1950’s, with the publication of the James Bond novel, “Goldfinger”, including smuggling foreign troops across our Southern border.

A ‘dirty bomb’ is not a normal nuclear device. Consider the picture of a hand grenade wrapped in bacon. So it is with a ‘dirty bomb’. A standard explosive device encased with any outer casing measurement of machined radioactive material. Both explode, and disperse the bacon or the radioactive material. Yes, there might be bomb victims, however the victims that are NOT counted would be those that were exposed to the radioactive material, outside the immediate blast area, by either the dust, or the small bits hiding in crevices, or in the sidewalk drains, or wherever they become lodged, until they are cleaned up, maybe weeks afterwards.

“...would disrupt business for weeks.”

If you remember the anthrax attack post 911. There was contamination in the Morgan Postal facility in Manhatan and the congressional office building in DC.

The Morgan Postal Facility was closed “for weeks”. (Where the surfs work.)

The congressional office building was closed, all the ventilation ductwork was removed from the building and replaced. It took the better part of a year.
