Over time I have used many names for BO—The Dictator, Ayatollah Obama, etc. None have been 100% satisfactory.
Until I saw this. President Angus (without the G) would be perfect. Are we allowed to say “Anus” on FR?

Further: one of those was due to a series of government actions, and dealing with employees representing the state in a foreign country (ie: in the political realm) and the other involves a madman in a school, with no organic political connection.
