Prayers needed for JustAmy. Hospitalized with appendicitis.

Just received a call from her husband. Amy is in the hospital with appendicitis. He says she had been in pain for a couple days, then it got real bad last night so they called 911. Apparently it had burst. She’s had surgery and is in the ICU now. He says she’s doing better tonight and they might move her tomorrow.

I went through this 15 years ago. Very serious matter.

Amy, sometimes this also has other problems associated.
I do understand that it is very painful. Make sure they allow you to deal with that. Depression can and does come from pain.

I trust the doctors to seal you up just fine. FReepmail me if anything else is discovered. GI problems are best discovered early and medicine is best resolved through patients. :^)

I really can't. I keep reminding myself every morning when the alarm goes off..."soon...not long now..." LOL

If, or when, I get bored, I'll look for part time close to home.

That’s why I have my part-time job. I’d go nuts being at home doing nothing but housework and being on the computer. It keeps me “in the loop” as it were. I work with a lot of young people and I learn from them every day. Some good, some not. LOL!

Does make it a bit easier to get up so early when you see an end in sight! :)
