Diversity for the sake of RAW Diversity is damned foolish.
Diversity works fine instance if you are currently using giant huge marine guys as secretaries and you hire some women to do the secretary work for the marines so you can free up the giant marine guys to do more giant marine type guy stuff.
But this current Diversity trend is ass backwards putting the secretaries on the front lines and big strapping men in the office.
