In the wake of the attack on Umpqua Community College (UCC) Hillary Clinton is pushing new regulations on gun shows and a change in laws allowing shooting victims and their families to sue gun manufacturers.

Perhaps a few million unemployed can sue this administration for its disastrous economic policies.
Hillary is a nut pandering to her nut base.
If you can sue a gun mfg for someone using a gun you made to commit a crime you could then sue a baseball bat mfg for someone using a bat to commit a crime or a knife mfg or any mfg for anyone using what you made to commit a crime.
Just look how many people commit crimes with computers or cell phones.
Are we going to be allowed to sue them too?
Since 2005 when GWB had a law enacted that you can’t do that, I agree with you....but still the point I was making was NOT suing the manufacturer, but rather seeing if we could locate a shipment, like was found in ‘fast and furious’ situation, and then arrest her for smuggling...
I know to a lot of people think this is crazy and maybe it is, but like ‘fast and furious’ holden is accountable, but has never been brought to trial for it...is there a statue of limitations on something like this?
Personally if it was up to me I’d turn them over to the countries where the crimes with the guns were committed to answer for the crimes.

Contrary to what everyone keeps saying F&F wasn’t about gun control.
More than likely high quality or American made weapons were being traded for lower quality untraceable weapons which were then sent to muslims overseas for the Arab Spring.

I think after Trump gets into office, we will know a lot more than we know, not all of it, but some and then put the pieces together, we will know what the ‘crappy kenyan’ was up to....I know what I personally would like to do to him....(and NO I wouldn’t kill him, don’t believe in that)....
From what I’m seeing not only are the dems and their allies in the MSM in panic mode over Benghazi but so are the repubs and certain people in the so called right wing media.
If the truth about Benghazi ever comes out I believe the French Revolution will look like a walk in the park in comparison. When the truth about Benghazi comes out then the truth about the rest of the terrorist attacks will come out and no one in Washington will be believed when they say “I didn’t know”.
Very few of the ruling class in Washington will be safe.
