Monday on Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is very animated in interviews when questioned about her email scandal because “the legal noose around her throat is being tightened.”

I just do not see it. The Justice Department has already argued in Federal Court that Hillary Clinton, acting in her office as Secretary of State, had full authority to determine what emails were or were not work related.
The GOPe has been beaten by the Clintons time and time again. The most likely outcome of the Benghazi hearings will be blowback against the GOP. We are already seeing the early stages of this when Kevin McCarthy was boasting about using Benghazi to take down Hillary.
Hillary will sail through this “scandal” just fine.
Nothing will ever stick to Hillary. Say hello to the next Preezy, she almost has 270 electoral votes guaranteed by the giant blue states.
Yes, unless Trump or Ted Cruz are nominated.

In March she was seriously inconvenienced.
In August she was absolutely hampered in her plans.
And now, at the beginning of October, she finds herself in positive danger of losing her liberty.
If Joe's in, I wouldn't be surprised in the least she gets a Petreaus like slap on the wrist. It wouldn't preclude her from running for President. But it would damage her even more than she is now. Old Joe will bury the skeletons of Obama's Admin, and carry on his Marxist endeavors than a much less trusted Cancklebeast.
She can be a real person in prison. Indeed, she just might find hereof there. (Question tho: what sex prison does she go to? )
If only this were true, but Judge Judy, uh, I mean “Judge” Napolitano is blowing his usual load of smoke because, after all, Hillary:
1. Is a Clinton.
2. Is married to Bill.
3. Is a Democrat.
4. Is former member of Obama’s cabinet, the very same Obama still in charge of the DoJ.
5. Is the Democrat’s anointed one.
6. Is alleged to possess a vagina.
I’d like to see either Trump or Cruz nominated, or even a Trump-Cruz ticket which I think could prove unbeatable.
But neither guy runs the Justice Department. Is Obama really prepared to torpedo Hillary’s chances by greenlighting an indictment? That would make him some powerful enemies in the political hereafter.
And as loud & mean & angry as Obama sounds on the subject of gun control, what has he accomplished with support from his fellow Democrats? Obama out of office is not going to be the powerhouse that Bill Clinton is; he may well find himself with few friends. And in Hillary’s crosshairs for the rest of his life if he bleeps her over Benghazi.
