MANCHESTER, N.H. — Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton threatened Monday to use unilaterally implement a new gun control plan if Congress does not pass her measures.
Her push for further gun control measures comes in the wake of the tragic shooting at a community college campus in Oregon last week.
The campaign platform includes a call for federal legislation mandating background checks on all private firearms transfers and sales. Clinton also wants to repeal the “Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.”

She would like to be a dictatrix and issue decrees. Just as Obama issues decrees and exec orders. Hillary wants to do the same. Who needs Congress when we have Hillary to tell us all how to live . (sarcasm)

Let’s make it simple....a national register of crazy people.
You take any medication or been diagnosed with mental issues...then you go onto this register with your name and address. Deny these people the right to a gun, the right to vote, etc. If they live in a house with sane people who hold guns...then you either force them to leave and go elsewhere or you remove access totally in the household. Make the crazies the ones with the problem.
Don’t they investigate the average death by human with a gun in Chicago and determine how that gun was obtained?
Wouldn’t that be a path to preventing future deaths, in a population that “matters”?
And if the states and the people would muster their God-given rights, they would declare such egregious action as unconstitutional and, therefore null, void, and unenforceable in that state, followed by a grass-roots move at the Congressional level to impeach her for violating her oath of office to “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution.
I suggest that anyone who is seeking the Speakership be asked whether they believe this is a violation of the Constitution, and if so, whether they would as Speaker seek impeachment charges immediately these Executive Actions are implemented.

I think there should be some Holocaust victims giving speeches right next to everywhere she gives her gun control speeches.
It's people like Hilary who are responsible for the deaths of over 100 million unarmed people in the last century.

Hillary should be in jail for her Clinton Foundation foreign bribes and for her mishandling of classified intelligence in her emails.
She has no business being anywhere near the White House. Now, the Big House, on the other hand...
Hilliary must be a Fallout video game fan and is getting antcy about the Nov. release. I guess she wants to play it for real eventually. Complete with roving gangs of ferals, independent military units and no government to speak of.
She is not concerned with personal protection. This soon to be indicted thug has had secret service protection for 24 years, and will still have it win or lose.

The problem is "Who determines crazy?" If it's anyone who takes medication (as you suggest and which, incidentally, has been posited by some liberals), what about aspirin, or allergy meds? And, who says that the criteria can't change?
I'm sorry, but I don't trust this administration to determine if someone has mental issues.
