while it appears that a number of people here, aren’t fond of Rubio, I see him as far more conservative than Trump or most of the others in the field and I’m really impressed with how well he articulates the conservative message.

The conservative position is to leave the borders wide open and make a citizen of any and everyone who waltzes across??? If that's a conservative I'll admit I'm not one...I'll stick with Trump...

No they aren't...Assad has been protecting the Christians in Syria...Obama doesn't back Christians, anywhere...

Okay. I get it. Assad is fighting for Christians. Putin has entered the fray to fight for Christians. You are so wise.

“Dumb.

He bought Putin’s excuse.”

Smart.

He rejected Obama’s lies.

One doesn’t have to fall for Obama’s lies and Putin’s excuse also.

To oppose Putin in this is to support Obama.

You know, I find it interesting that those seemingly infatuated with Trump have no problem with his flip-flops on everything from tax reform to abortion to gun control, yet refuse to accept Marco Rubio’s changed position on illegal immigration. Trump enthusiasts give him every benefit of every doubt in relation to his changed views but seem intent on rejecting Rubio’s changed thinking on Immigration and making him pay for what he now acknowledges as past mistaken views for the rest of his life. At this point in time, Rubio supports securing our borders and has NEVER said that he supports “making a citizen of any and everyone who waltzes across” our borders. http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/sen-rubio-stresses-tougher-border-security/

One can, as I do, oppose both.

No problems with Trump with the Russians killing ISIS in Syria, and Israel has no problem with Russians killing ISIS.

Don’t kid yourself, they’re all concerned about their ratings and poll numbers.

There's concern and then there's... obsession.

Obama had lots of opportunities to either defeat or seriously damage ISIS...he didn't take them because obviously somehow ISIS is beneficial to him. We as a nation had to sit still and be horrified at all of ISIS atrocities for the last year or so...Obama didn't care and looked the other way. So Obama missed his chance. Trump realizes... 1.Putin is "cunning" and obviously thought this through before he committed this much men and equipment. Evidenced by the center in Baghdad and support coming over from Syria as soon as he went in. 2...Trump knows he won't be CIC for at, least 16-18 months. Things on the ground will have changed considerably. So why not let Putin take out ISIS. 3..There is little we can do at this point to hinder Putin. Obama had put the ME on cruise control til the end of his term. And who really feels comfortable with Obama trying to get back in the game at this point. It would end up costing more lives with Obama as CIC.

That's just the facts...Like Saddam Hussein, Assad is neutral and allows and protects Christian churches in his country...Do a Google on Christians in Syria...Plenty of links...

"I don't trust him... I don't trust him at all -- other than we both got very good ratings the other night on '60 Minutes' 'cause it was with me and Putin. Can you believe this? So I don't know. Did I get the ratings or did he?... It's not a question of trust... We've spent now -- we've spent $2 trillion in Iraq, probably $1 trillion in Afghanistan. We're in there -- we're destroying our country. We owe $19 trillion, we're bogged down. Russia was bogged down in Afghanistan, meaning the Soviet Union. It broke up the Soviet Union. They're going to get bogged down, you watch. I would sit back and lets see what's going on... I'm not justifying Putin, but you watch -- he'll get bogged down there. He'll be there, he'll spend a fortune, he'll be begging to get out."
Thanks markomalley.

The “Free Syrian Army” backed by Saudis, Obama, McCain etc. etc. etc. are headchoppers, too. Unlike ISIS, they don’t post videos of their atrocities online.
