President George W. Bush will return to Washington this month to appear at a fundraiser for his brothers presidential campaign, according to a fundraising schedule obtained by The Hill.
The Oct. 29 fundraiser for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush will take place at a private residence, an email to Bush supporters shows.
That October schedule includes two other appearances by the former president: a luncheon in Arkansas scheduled for Friday, and an evening reception in Denver on Oct. 18.
Jeb Bushs son, Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush, is also planning on headlining two events for young professionals in Washington toward the beginning of October.
And George Bushs wife, Laura, will join Jebs wife, Columba, for an event next Wednesday.

George Pedro Bush.
WHAT A FRIGGIN CREW!
Ronald Reagan’s biggest mistake was having GHWB as his vice president.
Please. No more.
Honestly at some point Barbara Bush is going to have stage an intervention and tell Jeb to get out. Its an ongoing embarrassment to the family. The guy is pathetic.
Yep. I believe he did not want him though.
¡Yeb! The Joyful Tortoise can raise all the money he wants, but it won’t get him votes.
Well, maybe the votes of fraudulently documented foreigners who he is campaigning to in a foreign language.
Real Americans reject abandoning the rule of law.
I never trusted the Bushes, and with good reason. As far as GHW was concerned, he was a loyal vice president to Reagan (he HAD to be or he would never have gotten the nomination in 1988). He did a good job of unwinding the Soviet Empire as a consequence of Reagan’s policies and conducting the first Iraq War. Beyond that, he wasn’t much. From the start of his presidency, he distanced himself from Reagan except when a public statement was of value. He despised conservatives, said so to his staff and according to John Podhoretz who worked as his speechwriter and wrote a book about it, when it came time to plan for his reelection campaign, the staff sat around a table and for a long time, the only thing they could come up with was “he’s been president for four years”. GW, while lacking the open dismissiveness of the conservative wing, started expensive new social programs (prescription drug, no child left behind) and prosecuted what in my view, was the craziest war we’ve ever fought (no criticism of the military, they had to follow his plans). He also seemed to just give up in his final three years in office. And Jeb, who actually did the best job of the three as governor of Florida, is twenty years after he left office a complete disaster. His FOUR percent showing in the polls must consist of one percent from the country club crowd and three percent from Floridians with fuzzy but fond memories of him as governor. The only thing I have ever agreed with the lamentable Jesse Jackson on is his advice, “Stay out of the Bushes”.
Jeb is getting played by his consultants. All the money he is raising is going into their pockets.
Get out while you can Jeb!
I don’t even want to think of how the press will savage his family should Jeb become the nominee. They are holding back now, believe me. I saw a recent photo of his daughter Noelle Bush. I would expect these ‘tolerant’ liberals to focus on Noelle’s weight problem and chain-smoking habits plus having a largely ‘no-show’ job as many wealthy people do. Noelle has battled drug addiction and served time for violating probation. Maybe this doesn’t matter. All families are dysfunctional to some degree. Once your child becomes adult, there is only so much you can do.
Life goes on. I still think Jeb should leave the race and take his Common Core ideas with him.
Booshes. No mas, por favor.
If I don’t get a primary vote—for the third time—if the GOP-e rams another McRomney like Yeb through, I’m done with them.
The wisest Bush is Barbara.
George W. is nothing if not loyal to family, but he really doesn’t get the nation’s disgust and revulsion at Jeb.
